How long does your Berberine stay fresh?+
2–3 years from the manufacture date. New products will have the expiration listed. We run Berberine batches at least once per quarter.
How much is in it and how do I take it?+
Each bottle contains 60 capsules — a 30-day supply at the clinically-studied dose of 1000mg per day. Take two capsules daily, ideally with meals. If it upsets your stomach, take with food. Every body is a little different, so try different times of day to see what works best for you.
How long should I take this?+
